THE ON SNOW 360

The on snow 360 is a neat elementary trick maneuver. The photo sequence shown below is performed from the heel side but can also be performed from the toe side. In photo 1, start a turn to the heel side with edging and weight (center of mass) forward. In photo 2, we over-turn the board with more forward pressure than normal. The board will engage at the nose and spin the rider around backward (photo 3).

Now, as shown in photo 4, lean back slightly and put more pressure on the tail of the board. In photo 5, add toe side pressure to engage the tail and add more tail pressure. The board will swing to the normal riding position. At this point, bring weight (center of mass) forward to the neutral position as shown in photo 6.
