THE TANTRUM



The tantrum is an intermediate flip and should not be tried without special training and adherence to safety principles. Hit the wake and simultaneously lean back. As you leave the wake you will start rotating toward the back (Photo 2). The body should be inverted at least by the high point in the jump (photos 3 and 4). Spot the landing (photo 5) and quickly extend and absorb (photo 6).
